Nate and I were so humbled and honored to present to attendees of the Cetera Fast Forward conference in Houston, TX. The event was a peer-to-peer networking event focused on helping advisors run their practices efficiently.
We spoke about engaging the next generation and discussed the importance of breaking down the traditional way of thinking and planning for clients, redefining what planning means to "elder millennials." Stage of Life is so crucial to embrace and differentiate from traditional advisor/client relationships. Focusing on what matters MOST, like debt management, education planning, building emergency funds, and learning how to save outside of your company's retirement plan are key areas of concerns for this next generation and the clients we serve.
